Return & Refund Policy

All HexDisplay stands and related products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final except as outlined below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.


Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item or set

  • No longer needing the item

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Clear photos of the original packaging

If damage or defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s), or

  • Issue a full or partial refund

Failure to contact us within the 7-day window may result in the claim being denied.


Incorrect Orders

If we send you an item that differs from what was ordered, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once verified, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.


Exclusions & Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Color, finish, and surface texture may vary slightly due to the 3D printing process. These variations are not considered defects.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a return or replacement is approved due to our error, return shipping will be covered by us.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
