Processing Time

All products are made to order and produced after your order is placed.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Orders are not considered shipped until tracking information has been provided.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders of $25 or more to the continental United States.

Orders under $25 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.

Shipping rates and thresholds are subject to change without notice.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International addresses

Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

At our discretion, we may assist with carrier claims but are not obligated to replace or refund orders lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:

  • Additional shipping charges

  • Order cancellation without refund of original shipping fees


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
